| [Objective] To investigate the preparation technique of the inclusion compound of Icariin-hydroxypropyl-β-cylodextrin(HP-β-CD).[Methods] The preparation technique of the inclusion procedure of icariin-hydroxypropyl-β-cylodextrin was optimized by orthogonal test methods.[Results] The Optimal reparative technique of the inclusion compound of Icariin-hydroxypropyl-β-cylodextrin was screened out using solubility as the index:the concentration of 40% HP-β-CD was 40%,the temperature of inclusion procedure was 40℃ and the stirring time 4 hours.[Conclusions] The solubility of Icariin was increased from 0.02 mg/ml to 4.46 mg/ml when it was included by HP-β-CD. |
