Abstract
The disease of spleen and stomach is a disease with a variety of categories ,different syndrome and many therapeutic methods. They included most of the diseases in gastrointestinal disease indicated in Modern medicine. The traditional theory of TCM considered that spleen and stomach belongs to middle-JIAO in five elements ,is located on the middle position to wash the surround organs,being the mother of all the things. It has a close relationship to other systems in pathophysiology. The treatment experiences on spleen and stomach diseases is explained here based on the physiologic function of spleen and stomach and some treatment experience. The treatment method was nourishing qi to invigorate spleen,regulating stomach and descending the turbid evils based on the characteristic of spleen and stomach diseases. The first therapy is regulation qi. The second is perform both transportation and nourishment together and regulation both cold and warm syndrome. At last,we must pay attention to drink and food.
