[Objective] To explore the medication rule of Professor Ding Shu-wen in treating tachycardia.[Methods] Seventy-four medical records were collected and the medication frequency table was set up with SAS statistical software. Logistic regression analysis was performed taking tachycardia as the dependent variable and 37 categories of Chinese medicines with medication frenquency more than or equal to 10% as the independent variable.[Results] There were 99 species of traditional Chinese medicine used in the 74 medical cases. The astragali was the most utilized one. It was used 63 times altogether and the medication frenquency 85.14%. The least used were 27 categories of Chinese medicine, including bupleuri, etc. They were used only one time and the medication frequency was 1.35%. The hypothesis test of skew regression coefficient showed statistical significance in some medicines. They were astragali, angelica, coptidis rhizome, ophiopogonis tuber,stir-baked semen ziziphi spinosae, fructus schizandrae, amethyst, forsythia suspense, chuanxiong, ligustici, aucklandiae, villous amomum fruit, rosae rugosae,ginseng(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Professor Ding Shu-wen loves to use astragali, angelica, coptidis rhizome, ophiopogonis tuber,stir-baked semen ziziphi spinosae, fructus schizandrae, amethyst, forsythia suspense, chuanxiong, ligustici, aucklandiae, villous amomum fruit, rosae rugosae, ginseng on treating tachycardia. |
