| [Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of protopine,berberine hydrochloride and tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong(Rhizoma corydalis analgesic) tablets.[Methods] The RP-HPLC was used,Kromasil DS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5µm) column was adopted at 30℃,taking acetonitrile-acetate buffer solution(pH6.0)(28∶72) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280nm.[Results] The linear range of protone,berberine hydrochloride and tetrahydropalmatine was at 0.06848～1.712µg,0.01068～0.3560µg,0.06792～2.264µg respectively. The average recovery rate was 99.9%,99.6%,100.5% respectively. RSD was 0.82%,1.8%,1.3%(n=6).[Conclusions] The method was convenient and can be used for the quality control of Yuanhuzhitong Tablets. |
