| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ZishenTiaochong(nourishing kidney and regulating CHONG meridian)method in treating menstrual disorders induced by inadequate metoarion function.[Methods] Fifty-six patients were administrated with Gongxuening(treating menstrual disturbance),the representative formula of Zishen Tiaochong method.The clinical effect and effect on TCM symptoms and basal body temperature were observed.[Results] After treatment thirty-six patients were fully recovered,twelve were excellence,five effective and three failured to respond.The total effective rate was 94.64%.[Conclusions] Zishen Tiaochong method can remain the metoarion function in good condition,recover the normal menstrual function and improve the systemic symptoms. |
