| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing(Clearing blood) injection in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease.[Methods] Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and treatment group by Xuebijing.[Results] The effective rate was 91.42% in treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the difference between these two groups was notable (P<0.05).The level of PaO2,PaCO2,hemorheology,cardiac output,cardiac index and ejection function were observed,the difference between these two groups was also remarkable (P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusions] Xuebijing injeotion has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease. |
