Abstract
[Objective] To research the effect combined Xingwuchen prescription(Wake-accelerating morning prescription) and,Anmeiwan prescription(Inducing sleep night prescription) on monoamine neurotransmitter of brain of insomnia rat.[Methods] The animals were randomly divided into control group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group.Each group was infused by oral different medicine separately at 7:00 and 19:00.The monoamine neurotransmitter content in the different brain area was examined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results] Combined use of Xingwuchen prescription and Anmeiwan prescription could adjust effectively the monoamine neurotransmitter content in different brain area of insomnia rat.[Conclusions] Xingwuchen prescription and Anmeiwan prescription can treat insomnia through adjusting the monoamine neurotransmitter content in the brain.
