Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the dynamical change of serum proinflammatory interleukin-6 (IL-6) and antiinflammatory interleukin-10 (IL-10) level and the impact of Danshen(miltiorrhiza,SM) injection on them in early stage of severe burn in rats.[Methods] Eighty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group(group A),burn group (group B),and burn plus SM group(group C).Rats of group B and C received a 30%,Ⅲ-degree burn and were resuscitated immediately with lactated Ringer’s solution (120mL/kg).Additionally,rats of group C received Danshen injection at a dose of 3mL/kg.The serum content of IL-6 and IL-10 were measured 3,6,12,24 and 48h after burn.[Results] In group B,serum IL-6 increased remarkably 3h after burn and reached the peak at 12 h post-burning; serum IL-10 increased remarkably 6 h after burn and reached the peak at 24h post-burn; The change tendency of above index in group C was similar to that in group B.[Conclusions] The serum content of IL-6,IL-10 increased immediately in severely burned rats at earlier period,Danshen injection has anti-inflammatory effect by decreasing the level of serum IL-6 and enhancing the level of serum IL-10. |
