| Abstract

| [Objective] To discuss the curative effect of Shenwu Guanxin(treating coronary disease) granule preparation on senium congestive cardiac failure. [Methods] Seventy-five patients with congestive heart failure were divided into the treatment group (group A) in 45cases and control group (group B) in 30 cases. Two groups were treated with western medicine routine treatment identically, while group A was treated with Shenwu Guanxin granule preparation also on the basis of above treatment. The treatment course was 1 month. [Results] 15 cases in group A were cured clinically, 19 were significant effectively, 9 were effectively and ineffectively in 2 cases The total effective rate was 95.56%; In group B, 7 cases cured clinically, 8 were marked effectively and 6 were ineffectively with the total effective rate 80%. The therapeutic effect in group A was superior than that in group B obviously (P<0.05). [Conclusions] Shenwu Guanxin granule preparation has a better therapeutic effect for treating senium congestive cardiac failure. |
