Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Oxymatrine combined with Lamivudine on patients with chronic hepatitis B. [Methods] Seventy-five patients were divided into two groups. The patients in therapy group were accepted Oxymatrine combined with Laminudine, and the patients in control group Lamivudine alone. The course of treatment was twelve months. [Results] The negative-conversion rates of HBeAg were higher, and the rate of YMDD mutation was lower in therapy group than that in control group(P<0.05). [Conclusions] The treatment of Oxymatrine combined with Laminudine can markedly improve the antiviral effect and reduce the resistance to Lamivudine. |
