Abstract
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tongluo(dredging collateral) Qingfei(clearing away lung-heat) Jianpiyin(invigorating the spleen) in treating pneumocardial disease in acute stage based on the treatment with Western medicine. [Methods] Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Tongluo Qingfei Jianpiyin and Western medicine. The patients of control group were treated by Western medicine. [Results] The effect of treatment group had an advantage when compared with control group in hemorrheology, blood gas analysis and clinical effect. [Conclusions] Tongluo Qingfei Jianpiyin has a better clinical effect in treating pneumocardial disease in acute stage.
