Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the preparation technology of the inclusion complex of the borneol-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and identify the formation of inclusion complex. [Methods] The inclusion complex was prepared by freeze-drying technique. Its structure was proved by TLC, phase solubility diagram, X-ray diffraction, NMR, SEM. [Results] The results indicated that the inclusion complex of the borneol- hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was formed. [Conclusions] Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin is available to include the borneol. The solubility of borneol is increased in aqueous solution. |
