Abstract
|
[Objective] Reversed high-performance liquid chromatography (PR-HPLC) fingerprint of Pollen Typhae and Pollen Typhae Parch was established and analyzed. [Methods] Chromatographic conditions were available as follows: Waters X-Terra C18(4.6 mm×25 mm), ACN and water as mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set to 254 nm. [Results] We tried to establish the introduction of the fingerprint of Pollen Typhae of field thistle and Pollen Typhae Parch of field thistle. The RSD of relative peak areas and retention time of common peak in precision, reproducibility, and stability were not reached 3.0%. [Conclusions] All the above results exhibits that this method is simple, accurate, and reproducible and can be a standard in controlling the quality. There is a great difference in fingerprint after parched. |
