Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze anthraquinones contents in the stir-baked semen cassiae and find out a quantitative determination method for examining the effective content of anthraquinones in it. Simultaneously, the contents of anthraquinones in the crude and stir-baked ones from different districts are compared. [Methods] The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used and the determination was performed at the wavelength of 513 nm. [Results] The linear relationship was fine(r=0.999 9) in 0.002 46~0.019 68 mg/ml. The recovery rate of anthraquinones was 96.973 8%, RSD=1.054 5%. [Conclusions] This method is simple and accurate. It can be used to detect the content of anthraquinones in the stir-baked semen cassiae. |
