Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish the best extraction condition of Flos Chrysanthemi indici for micro-enema. [Methods] Taking the effective content of buddleoside and chlorogeric acid in Flos Chrysanthemi indici as the index the orthogonal test was applied for optimization. [Results] The best extraction conditions were as follows: adding 10-fold water, distilling for 3-hour without maceration. After the volatile oil was collected, 8-fold water was added again and boiled twice. [Conclusions] The obtained process is stable and feasible. |
