| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue(promoting blood circulation) Ruanjian(softening the hard mass) Method in treating chronic glomeruli nephritis. [Methods] Sixty patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The change of BUN, Cr and 24 h urine protein quantitative determination 12 weeks after treatment was determined and the statistic analysis was carried out. [Results] There were obvious differences before and after treatment in the content of BUN, Cr and 24 h urine protein. Compared to control group, there were also obvious differentiations in the content of BUN, Cr and 24h urine protein. [Conclusions] Huoxue Ruanjian Method may treat chronic nephritis, having preferable effect in decreasing urine protein and blood Cr. It is worth general clinical application. |
