Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to observe the related indexes before and after treatment. [Results] Compared to control group, neurologic impairment score were improved on 30 and 90 days in integrated group (P<0.05); The rate of handicap due to severe disease and mortality on 90 days were decreased(P<0.05); The complete rehabilitation and the rate of light handicap were increased(P<0.05); The social function activity quality(FAQ) was improved(P<0.01). [Conclusions] The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine may obviously improve the nerve function and the quality of life in patients with acute brain hemorrhage and decrease the rate of handicap due to severe disease and mortality. |
