| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the effective method in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). [Methods] The patients with CAG were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and Weifuchun tablet control group. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment was observed. [Results] The total effective rate was 78.26% and the total effective improvement of clinical symptoms was 89.13%. The total effective improvement of morphologic changes under gastroscope was 84.78%,the total effective of them was 71.74%,the total effective of HP elimination was 80.00%. The effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). [Conclusions] The traditional Chinese medicine may relieve and eliminate the clinical symptoms,improve the morphologic lesion under gastroscope and eliminate Hp. |
