Effect of Yiqihuoxue method on plasma t-PA activity in patients with high risk of ischemic stroke |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe plasma t-PA activity and so to know the coagulation and fibrinolytic function in order to provide a scientific evidence for preventing and curing ischemic stroke in patients with high-risk group. [Methods] The selected people were randomly divided into three group: high risk of ischemic stroke group,ischemic stroke treatment group and normal control group. The plasma t-PA activity was determined and the data characteristic analyzed by colored substrate method. [Results] The plasmatic t-PA activity of normal control group was 0.574 kU/L and it in high risk of ischemic stroke group 0.412 kU/L,in ischemic stroke treatment group 0.509 kU/L. The blood plasma t-PA activity of normal control group was obviously higher than that of the high risk of ischemic stroke group and the plasma t-PA activity of ischemic stroke treatment group was obviously higher than that of high risk of ischemia stroke group. [Conclusions] The determination of plasma t-PA has important clinical useful value for differentiation of the patients with high risk of ischemic stroke. |
