Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the curative effect of combined salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills and paecilomyces hepiall chen in treating early trace albuminuria of diabetic nephropathy (DN). [Methods] Sixty-eight patients of DN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group to determine UAE and CCr before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.3% and that of control group was 60.6% (P<0.05). The CCr of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.01). [Conclusions] The combined treatment of DN may decrease trace albuminuria and CCr and postpone the development of diabetic nephropathy. |
