Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of salvianolic acid B (SalB) in differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into myocardium-like cells. [Methods] MSCs was cultured,purified and evaluated,then MSCs was induced by 5-aza,SalB and 5-aza associating SalB to observe the cells’ morphology change and evaluate the expression of cardiac troponin T (cTnT) by immunocytochemistry method. [Results] After induction,the volume of MSCs increased,the proliferation speed decreased. Myotube-like structure appeared and expressed cTnT. [Conclusions] SalB plays a certain role in the process of induction into myocardium-like cells. |
