Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the augmentation effects on the proliferation activity and the expression of interleukin-2 receptor on human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC) activated by LJPS alone or recombinant rIL-2. It could provide the experimental evidence for medical use of LiangJin Mushroom cultivated in China. [Methods] The effects of LJPS on proliferation activity of CBMC have been investigated by MTT colorimetric assay. APAAP enzyme immunoassay was used to study the effects of LJPS on expression of IL-2 receptor on CBMC. [Results] LJPS alone or in combination with rIL-2 can stimulate the proliferation of CBMC in vitro (P<0.05 and P<0.005 respectively),the optimum concentration of LJPS was 1 g/L. When rIL-2 and LJPS were put on the culture system at the same time,the proliferation activity of CB-LAK cells can be enhanced obviously (P<0.01). Both LJPS alone or recombinant rIL-2 can strengthen the expression of IL-2 receptor on CBMC (P<0.002 and P<0.001 respectively). [Conclusions] LJPS can activate the static CBMC and enhance the proliferation activity of the activated CB-LAK by rIL-2,the mechanism may be related to the enhancing effect of LJPS on the expression of IL-2R on CBMC. |
