| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the mechanism of Huayu(removing blood stasis) Xiaozheng(resolving symptom) Sanjie(dispersing accumulated pathogens) method,the Eleng capsule,on preventing and treating postoperative EMA recurrence and the effect on blood stasis and endocrine function in patients with endometrial cyst. [Methods] Sixty postoperative EMA patients were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and western medicine control group. The patients of TCM treatment group were administrated with Eleng(Curcuma zedoaria and Sparganium stoloniferum) capsule before and after the operation and the patients of western medicine control group were administrated with danazol for three months. The blood E2,P,PRL,haemorheology and the microcirculation on nail bed were determined before and after treatment.[Results] The postoperative recurrence rate was not obviously different on the third,sixth and ninth month(P>0.05). But the postoperative recurrence rate was obviously different on the twelfth month(P<0.05). The curative effect of TCM treatment group was obviously better than that of Western medicine control group.[Conclusions] The Eleng capsule may decrease the postoperative EMA recurrence rate and its effect mechanism may be related to removing blood stasis state and regulation of endocrine function. |
