| [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] Forty-three patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection and that of control group by Urokinase only. The curative effect evaluation was carried out on the 1,7,14 d.[Results] The neurologic impairment score hadn’t significant difference before treatment of two groups but had significant difference after treatment between two groups(P<0.01).[Conclusions] The combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection may improve neurologic impairment and is safety. It is effective method for thrombolysis and protection of brain cell. The curative effect of combined Urokinase and Danhong Injection group is more superior than that of Urokinase group only. |
