| Abstract

| The aim of this article is to explore and discuss the theory of relieving fever with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature in TCM. First of all our own question was proposed,then the analysis was performed in detail and finally the conclusion was obtained. This method was effective in patients with deficiency syndrome (Qi-asthenia or Yang-asthenia) with fever caused by exogenous pathogens. The drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature could also invigorate vital energy and Yang Qi and then the fever was cured and the disease recovered. |
