| [Objective] To discuss the anti-tumor effect of Lingqi capsule in mice bearing S180.[Methods] In vivo experiment was adopted. Sample sarcoma H22 mice ascites growing for 7 days in asepsis condition was obtained. It was diluted at 1:3 with asepsis brine (about included sarcoma cell 2×106/mL) and then inoculated into skin of the right forelegs with 0.2 mL per mice to reproduce the model of mice sarcoma H22. After giving Lingqi capsule for 11 days the neoplasm was taken and weighed for calculating the rate of inhibiting tumor. After HE staining the sarcoma cell under was observed microscopically.[Results] The inhibitory rate of high,middle and low dosage group was 22.187%,40.18% and 36.40% respectively. Lingqi Capsule could improve the tumor morphologic changes to some degree and provide some forceful evidences of anti-tumor effect of Chinese herbal medicine.[Conclusions] Lingqi Capsule can obviously inhibit sarcoma in mice bearing S180. |
