| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the tumor-resistant effect of the decoction of Juglans Maxim’s branch(DJM) in sarcoma-180 tumor-bearing mice and the influence on the protein expression of p53 gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA).[Methods] The protein contents of p53 and PCNA from bearing sarcpma-180 were determined by immunohistochemistry method.[Results] The tumor inhibitory rate of DJM in tumor-bearing mice was 35.68%; DJM can obviously decrease the expression of p53 and PCNA from sarcoma-180 mice tumor organism when compared with model group (P<0.05).[Conclusions] DJM has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the growth of tumor-bearing mice sarcoma-180 tumor and shows anti-tumor function by restraining the expression of mutant p53 gene and PCNA gene from tumor. |
