Effect of different compatibility of Qing-fei injection on proliferation of influenza virus in vitro

Abstract
    [Objective] To observe the effect of sixteen groups of different compatibility of Qing-fei (clearing away lung-heat) injection on proliferation of influenza virus (A/FM/1/47 H1N1) obtained by orthogonal design method. [Methods] The inhibitory effect of different drug-added ways of sixteen groups of compatibility of Qing-fei injection against influenza virus FM1 strain in vitro was observed by crystal violet staining method. The Ribavirin and Shuanghuanglian Power were used as controls.[Results] The Group of nine,thirteen,fourteen and sixteen compatibility of Qingfei injection showed a direct killing effect on the virus and inhibitory effect against adsorption of the virus and inhibitory effect on its proliferation inside MDCK. Group of one compatibility showed no ant-virus effect,Group of two,three and four couldn’t kill virus directly,the others had inhibitory effect on the virus at high concentration(2-1~2-2).[Conclusions] Group of nine,thirteen,fourteen,fifteen and sixteen compatibilities has obvious effect against influenza virus FM1 strain in vitro.
