| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the relation between the neuroprotective effect of baicalin and endogenous nerves precursor cell(NPC). [Methods] Taking the two-side cerebral cortex in Wistar rats as the sample to cultivate astrocyte and determine the mRNA expression of chemotatic factor with PCR.[Results] The hypoxia astrocyte treated with baicalin may promote the migration of NPC.[Conclusions] The baicalin has a certain neuroprotective effect and has provided some experimental basis for its clinical application. |
