| The pattern of clinical syndrome of acne was mainly accumulation of stagnated heat and the disease position of acne was mainly located at the lung and the spleen and the stomach. Professor LIU Gong-wang had a special method in treating the acne disease. Its therapeutic method was unique and the prescription of acne was the modified decoction of Ephedrae fructus,kachang jijau and decoction for coptidis detoxification. The acupoint of acupuncture included Fengchi,Quchi,Chize,Dazhui,Geshu and Zhiyang. Collateral puncture and cupping were also used. |
