Abstract
    To establish and develop the theory that the brain masters the mind played an important role for the development of TCM theoretic system. Firstly, the correct explanation of the function of Zang and Fu and supplement of the theory of five elements the insufficiency in correlation between Zang and Fu could be interpreted to reconstruct a completed theory of state of viscera; Secondly, the theory may promote the clinical development of TCM. It was suggested that under the guide the following hypothesis would be improved,they were the leading action on the brain, the mastering effect for Zang-Fu, the brain location, the managing collateral system, the interaction between brain, Zang-Fu and collateral.
