[Objective] To investigate the effect of Acne Granule on serum IL-6 and TNF-α level in acne patients.[Methods] By radioimmunity technique the effect Acne Granule on serum cytokine of acne patients was observed.[Results] Treated with Acne Granule, serum IL-8 and TNF-α of patients were remarkably different from that before treatment (P<0.01) and without difference when compare with normal group(P>0.05). Meanwhile, after treatment with Acne Granula serum IL-8 and TNF-α of patients were also different remarkably when compared with the level before treatment (P<0.01) and almost the same with normal group(P>0.05).[Conclusions] Acne Granule can change the level of the serum cytokine in acne patients.
