Abstract
|
[Objective] To research and observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine kept free from decocting and traditional decocted medicine in treating the psoriasis vulgaris.[Methods] Thirty-eight patients were treated with free-decocted medicine as externally lotion, while another 34 cases were treated with traditional decocted medicine for psoriasis vulgaris. The general effective rate, disappear time of skin lesion, notable effective time, and hospital stay were analyzed.[Results] The free-decocted medicine and traditional decoction in treating psoriasis vulgaris appeared to have the same clinical efficacy, the general effective rate is 94.74% and 94.11%, there was no marked difference statistically (P>0.05) and no significant difference between each other.[Conclusions] The modernized decocting-free medicine to treat common psoriasis vulgaris when using externally has good therapeutic efficacy. It was convenient to use with low side-effect in treating psoriasis vulgaris. |
