Effect of Yizhiningshen granule on NE, DA, HVA in brain tissue of SHR rats |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the nervobiochemical mechanism of Yizhiningshen granule in treating Children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). [Methods] The treatment group was given the high, middle and low dosage of Yizhiningshen granule; oral Jingling liquid was given in control group of TCM and Ritalin in control group of Western medicine. To determine the DA, NE, HVA level and its metabolic product HPLC and electrochemistry method were used. [Results] The DA and NE content of model group were obviously higher than that of normal control group and the HVA content of model group wasn’t obviously different in brain tissue. Yizhiningshen granule could effectively decrease the DA and NE content of model rats and could regulate the balance of the DA and NE content. The treatment effect of Yizhiningshen granule had an obvious advantage when compared with that of Ritalin and Jingling liquid for oral use. [Conclusions] Yizhiningshen granule may inhibit restlessness and exploratory behavior of model rats and improve recognition function. The effect was concerned with decreasing the DA and NE content of brain tissue and regulating the balance state of the DA and NE content. |
