Abstract

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of the method combining TCM herbs with Acupuncture and moxibusion on treating the haemorrhoids patient after operation.[Methods] One hundred patients with haemorrhoids were divided into two groups:TCM group and Western medicine group.TCM group were treated with Liangxue Dihuang decoction orally and acupuncture and moxibusion and the control group with antibiotics and haemostatics.The curative effect on patients of TCM group and western medicine group was observed.[Results] The curative effect,postoperative complications and recovery rate hadn’t obviously difference between patients of two groups.The symptoms improvement of the TCM group was better than that of the control group in the time of the wound healing,postoperative pain and urine and stool difficulty,etc.[Conclusions] The TCM methods and Western medicine are all safe and effective for treating haemorrhoids after operation. |
