Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of Zishen Tiaochong method on ovaries VEGF expression of rats with induced ovulation.[Methods] Eighty rats were randomly divided into four groups: the high-dose and low-dose of GongxueningⅡgroup, positive control group and model group. The VEGF expression at ovary follicular development stage and preovulatory stage of four groups was detected with immunohistochemistry.[Results] During follicular development stage and preovulatory stage, the area,MOD,area%,IOD of GongxueningⅡ group were obviously higher than that of model group. The VEGF expression of preovulatory stage was all higher than that of follicular development stage in four groups.[Conclusions] The molecular mechanism of Zishen Tiaochong Method is possibly concerned with the promotion on ovarial VEGF expression and improvement of follicular blood supply. |
