| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the anticancer effect of Lung Yiliu mistura.[Methods] Lewis lung cancer was established in mice.The inhibitory effect of Lung Yiliu mistura alone or combined with chemotherapy on Lewis lung cancer was researched and the effect on the expression of cyclinD1 also measured in mice model.[Results] Lung Yiliu mistura had obviously inhibitory action on focal tumor growth in mice with Lewis lung cancer and had synergistic action with cyclophosphamide(P<0.001).Lung Yiliu mistura combined with chemotherapy could effectively depress cyclinD1 expression in mice with Lewis lung cancer(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Lung Yiliu mistura may downregulate the expression of cyclinD1 in tumor cells and thus stop the tumor cells at G1 period.It is suggested that Lung Yiliu mistura exhibits anti-tumor effect through regulating and controlling the gene expression. |
