[Objective] To establish the HPLC method for determination of glabridin in G.glabra L.[Methods] The TIANHE C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(55:44:1).The detection wavelength was 282 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.[Results] The 0.097 6~0.878 4 μg Glabridin concentration was in a good linear relationship(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 97.72% and RSD was 1.14%.[Conclusions] The detection method was simple,easy.It can be used for determination of Glabridin in Glycyrrhiza glabra.
