| [Objective] To establish a method of TLC to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Semen Cassiae in JiangZhi granule.[Methods] In the TLC method,the developing reagent was the upper liquid of a mixed solvent containing petroleum ether,ethgl formate and formic acid in the ratio of 15:2:1.The visualizing agent was Ammonia-steam and the detective wavelength was 254 nm.[Results] The samples showed the similar spot with reference substance and medical material on TLC.[Conclusions] This method was fast,sensitive and can be used to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Semen Cassiae in JiangZhi granule. |
