| [Objective] To establish a method for determining arolisic acid B in Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills with thin-layer chromatography scanning(TLCS).[Methods] The content of arolisic acid B in Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills was determined with TLCS method(276 365).[Results] The concentration of 0.538～3.228 μg arolisic acid B was in a good linear relationship(r=0.998).The average recovery was 98.19% and RSD was 1.39%.[Conclusions] The detection method was simple,easy,and can be used for content determination of arolisic acid B in Qingfei Xiaoyan Pills. |
