The main observation parameters were blood pressure, and 24 hour urine protein change of two groups. [Results] Twenty-one patients were fully recovered from the illness, thirty-three patients got excellence action, four patients were effective, two patients were ineffective in the treatment group. Nine patients were fully recovered from the illness, eighteen patients had excellence result, twelve patients were effective, twenty-one patients were ineffective in the control group. The blood pressure and 24 hour urine protein of treatment group were obviously differentiated from that of control group(P<0.01, P<0.05). The kidney function of some patients was obviously improved in treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01). [Conclusions] The curative effect of Yishen decoction was obviously higher than that of Western medicine group in treating chronic glomerular nephritis(P<0.05, P<0.01). |
