Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules on patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction. [Methods] Seventy two patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group composed of 36 patients. The patients of treatment group were administrated with Yangxue Qingnao Granules and those of control group with nimodipine tablets. The course of administration was 12 weeks. NHISS scale, MMSE scale and Barthel index were assessed before and after treatment respectively. The outcomes were statistically treated with software SPSS 13.0. [Results] There was no significant difference between two groups in sex, age, course or severity of disease (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale in each group (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale between two groups (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in variances of NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale between two groups (P<0.05). [Conclusions] Yangxue Qingnao Granules may effectively treat patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction effectively. |
