| Abstract

| [Objective] To study the affection of Huangqi on serological leptin and correlated index in fat rats with MSG neonatally. [Methods] Thirty newborn SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group. After surviving 91 days, the rats were killed and examine the changes of markers. [Results] Compared with model group, the body weight and the level of serum leptin in treatment group are significantly decreased. [Conclusions] The study provides evidence that Huangqi can prevent the obesity in neonatally MSG-treated male aged rats. |
