Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the in vitro antimicrobial effect of QianYu decoction. [Methods] The Antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus xylosus and Klebsiella were measured by liquid doubling dilution. QianLietai tablet and QianLiekang Capsule generally used for curing prostatitis in clinic were chosen for control test. [Results] MIC were 62.5, 125, 125, 500mg/ml and MBC were 250, 125, 125, 500 mg/ml respectively. [Conclusions] QianYu decoction has an obvious inhibiting and antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus xylosus and Klebsiella. |
