| In the clinical trial, one RCT studies only one dosage of one kind of medicine usually, nevertheless N-of-1 can research many dosages of a medicine simultaneously. This article introduces some characteristics of N-of-1 design briefly, hopping that it will be used widely in the clinical trial of traditional Chinese medicine. |
