Abstract

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Ningtong tablet by comparing all determination indexes in treating hemicrania with Ningtong tablet and Nimodipine. [Methods] Ninety-three patients with hemicrania were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of two groups were treated with Ningtong tablet and Nimodipine respectively. The hemicrania index score before and after treatment was observed by using ache scale. [Results] Ningtong tablet may obviously reduce headache score, intensity grade, duration time, frequency and index number. The curative effect of Ningtong tablet was higher than that of Nimodipine. [Conclusion] Ningtong tablet has a satisfactory clinical effect in treating hemicrania. |
