Abstract
[Objective] To further explore the correlated pathogenic reasons and pathogenesis in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) by using modern immunology and molecular biology technology. The effect of Yikang’antai(inhibiting the antibody and miscarriage preventin) decoction on the immune state change and embryo loss rate before and after pregnancy of patients with yin insufficiency hyper-immunologic abnormality. [Methods] Eighty patients with positive blood group antibody and anticardiolipin antibody(ACA) and forty patients with positive blood group antibody combined with low E2 and P level were examined. These selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated with Yikang’antai decoction and those of control group were individually treated with aspirin tablet and vitamin C injection. In the first course of treatment the patients would be managed with birth control and stop contraception. The second course of treatment was carried out twelve weeks after pregnancy again. [Results] Yikang’antai decoction may decrease blood group antibody and ACA titer and increase serum E2, P level. Yikang’antai decoction could decrease IL-4 and increase IL-2 by increasing the ratio of CD4+ and CD8+. [Conclusion] Yikang’antai decoction may inhibit not only ACA and blood group antibody but also embryonic injury effect. Yikang’antai decoction may generate comprehensive effect by regulating body immunization function and improving patient’s reproductive activity.
