| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and close internal fixation of hollow nail method on treating senium femoral neck fracture. [Methods] Seventy-three patients with femoral neck fracture were received a retrospective analysis. [Results] The selected patients was evaluated based on Harris score standard : excellent(40 cases), good(28 cases), middle(4 cases) and short(1 case). [Conclusion] The manipulative reduction and close internal fixation of hollow nail method may effectively decrease complication, cut down case fatality and increase the aged quality of life and has a satisfactory curative effect on treating senium femoral neck fracture. |
