| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the technological parameters of the purification process of total flavones and total triterpenoids from Xianhe compound prescription with macroreticular resins. [Methods] The static capacity absorption and static elution ratio were observed, the separation effect and influence factors of seven types macroreticular resins was evaluated. [Results] SP825 type macroreticular resin owned optimum absorption and eluation parameters. The total flavonids could be eluted by 50% ethanol from extract part of n-Butanol, as well as the total triterpenoids could be eluted from extract part of Ethyl acetate. The recovery of total flavones was 54.90%, product purity was 18.20%; while the recovery of total triterpenoids was 46.15%, product purity was 71.86%. [Conclusion] SP825 type macroreticular resin showed better comprehensive absorption property. It can be used to purify the alcohol extract of Xianhe Compound prescripton. |
