Abstract
|
[Objective] A RP-HPLC method is established for simultaneous determination of the content of protopine and tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers from the different habitats. [Methods] The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column with a linear gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was used. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm; flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was set at 35 ℃. [Result] Protopine and tetrahydropalmatine had a good linearity in the range of 0.22~1.10 μg and 0.174~0.870 μg,The average recoveries of this method were 98.9% and 99.71%;RSD were 1.6% and 1.8%(n=5)respectively and detected at wavelength of 280 nm. [Conclusion] The contents of the two alkaloids in Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers. from the different habitats show obvious difference. The method is simple, accurate, quick and suitable to determine content and evaluate quality for the herds. |
